Eric started in the Ag Input Supply business in 1995 at Mid-Ohio Chemical in Botkins, after graduating from Waynesfield-Goshen Schools. He was employed as a Custom Applicator and Salesman and stayed with them through their subsequent sales and acquisitions until he became a Manager for them in 2003 as Royster Clark in Sidney, and then Crop Production Services. He eventually left for Auglaize Provico/Advanced Agri Solutions to take on a Manager’s Position for 3 of their retail facilities. Eric wished to continue his passion for Agriculture when he, and his wife Kelli, started their own family business, Farmers Alliance, in 2008. He and Kelli live in rural Wapakoneta with their three boys, Cole, Blake and Carson.
Kelli joined her husband, Eric, in the family business in 2010 as the Office Manager. She is a lifelong resident of Auglaize County and a graduate of Wapakoneta High School & the former Lima Technical College. She and Eric have been married for 20 years and her greatest blessings are their three boys Cole, Blake and Carson. Kelli greatly enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and photography and more often than not, takes pictures of her kids doing what she loves watching them do the most – play sports.
Dan started at Farmers Alliance in 2010. Upon obtaining his Class A CDL License and Tanker endorsement, Dan became our primary truck driver. He is also a Hardin County Fair Board member and a McDonald Township trustee. Dan and his family are members at Grace Lutheran Evangelical Church in Kenton, OH.
Derek joined the Farmers Alliance team in early 2018. He maintains and repairs all of the equipment we use for daily operation. Derek also helps with the custom application by operating a sprayer unit. He and his fiancé, Presley, will be getting married this fall. In his free time, Derek enjoys hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
